Magnetic drill is a movable and efficient tool that uses electromagnetic principles to adsorb the drilling machine frame and rotary drilling mechanism onto the surface of steel workpieces through a magnetic base for drilling processing. The two main parts of magnetic drill are:,

Part One: Magnetic Seat. Its function is to generate a magnetic attraction force of thousands of kilograms perpendicular to the bottom surface of the magnetic seat through electromagnetic effects after being powered on, making it firmly adhere to the steel plate or structural component processing surface, playing a role in fixing the machine. The stronger the magnetic attraction force, the more stable the body of the magnetic seat drill during operation, and the higher the drilling accuracy.

Part 2: Drilling, which is divided into two parts:

1 is a fixed part that is fixed during drilling, mainly used to control the motor, such as switching speed control gears, etc.

2 is the moving part, including the upper left black motor, the middle gray bracket on the left, and the lower left drill head. The entire moving part is manually rotated up and down through the black three star bracket to connect the drill head to the steel structure. Turn on the motor start switch, and the rotor inside the machine motor rotates at high speed. The transmission gear set drives the transmission shaft to rotate, driving the drill bit to rotate, and cutting and drilling are carried out through the drill bit in the area that needs to be drilled. Compared with flame cutting and other methods, the holes drilled by the magnetic base have high accuracy, belong to physical cutting, do not produce chemical reactions, and do not deform the material.
